Based in Singapore, Crystine is responsible for leading and driving KC Global Media’s operational strategies and efficiencies while fostering a high-performance culture. She leads a diverse team across various functions, including HR, finance, media and technical operations, compliance, research, corporate services, and business systems.
With over two decades of experience in senior leadership roles, Crystine has consistently delivered exceptional services and accelerated business results through integrated strategies, process and systems optimization, and people-centric approaches. Her diverse industry experience spans maritime, manufacturing, media and entertainment, financial technologies, and satellite telecommunications.
Before joining KC Global Media, Crystine was the Vice President of People & Culture at Kacific Broadband Satellites and served as Regional HR Director at MatchMove Pay. Her six years at Sony Pictures Television Media Networks Asia as Executive Director of People & Organization positioned her as a trusted business partner across various Sony’s business units, including media networks, information security and tax organization. She also spent 11 years at Buckman Laboratories Asia as Head of Talent & Strategic Planning, where she led and drove significant HR and strategic initiatives in achieving their BHAG.
Crystine holds an MBA, an ACCA/ICPAS Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (Foundation), and a LCCI Diploma in Cost Accounting and Business.
Based in Taiwan, Shirlene oversees KC Global Media’s strategic operations and content development, enhancing the organization’s presence across Taiwan and Greater China. With more than 20 years of experience in advertising sales at major TV networks, she excels in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining KC Global Media, Shirlene spent 13 years at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, Taiwan where she successfully crafted innovative media solutions for government entities that enhanced their presence across Asia. One of the notable collaboration at Discovery includes TLC's Fun Taiwan series for Taiwan Tourism Board, that became a regional success and received the John Hendricks Innovation Award and Golden Bell Award.
Following her time at Discovery, Shirlene served as the Executive Director, Media & Sponsorship Sales at Sony Pictures Television Media Networks Asia for three years. In this role, she led regional sales efforts, and expansion initiatives into China and Hong Kong; and spearheaded Project Go, and entrepreneurial-focused reality series in partnership with GoDaddy.
Edith is a seasoned media executive with over 20 years of experience. At KC Global Media, she is responsible for developing and executing innovative media and sponsorship initiatives while identifying and cultivating new revenue streams across the region.
Prior to joining KC Global Media, Edith made significant contributions at Mediacorp, generating more than 15% of the organisation’s advertising revenue. At CNBC Asia, she secured key accounts like Datacraft, TNT Express, while also expanding into Vietnamese market with Asia Business Leaders Award – Vietnam edition. During her 14 years at Viacom, she achieved numerous milestones, including the first media sponsorship deal for Nickelodeon in Asia; and collaborations with major brands such as Air Asia, Celcom and Sunway group.
At Fremantle Asia, she focused on pitching ancillary rights for popular show formats such as Idol, X Factor, Family Feud among others, and successfully launched the first Vietnam Idol through an advertising-funded model with Unilever Vietnam.
Bhuvnesh is responsible for securing new partnerships and leading key account negotiations for all KC Global Media channels across Indonesia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, to expand the brand’s presence and create new revenue streams. He also identifies media and sponsorship sales opportunities in Singapore, Indonesia, and pan-regional markets. In addition to affiliate and advertising sales, Bhuvnesh oversees and drives revenue growth and monetisation strategies in the FAST sector across Asia region.
With over 14 years of experience, Bhuvnesh is an accomplished sales professional whose expertise spans branded content solutions, content distribution, strategic business development, creating integrated media solutions across diverse markets.
He began his career with Discovery Network in India, followed by a successful tenure at Star TV, before relocating to Singapore in 2016 to join Zee Network Asia Pacific. There, he led advertising sales and events for Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines; while also independently established and managed the film marketing and distribution business.
Bhuvnesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Thames Valley University, United Kingdom.
Bonnie is responsible for securing new partnerships and leading key account negotiations for all KC Global Media channels across Southeast Asia excluding Indonesia, and Pacific Islands, to expand the brand’s presence and create new revenue streams. In addition to affiliate sales, Bonnie oversees the pre-selling of scripted content to various platforms and investors, and scouting for co-production opportunities with production houses and platforms across the region.
Indonesia-born Bonnie started her media and entertainment career at Ying Group Pte Ltd. She was part of the film distribution team at The Lippo Group, under the Cinepolis Chain based in Jakarta, handling content acquisitions, marketing, and distribution.
Prior to joining KC Global Media, Bonnie handled Affiliate Sales and Content Distribution for WarnerBros Discovery. There, she was responsible for the distribution and renewal of CNN, HBO and Cartoon Network with major broadcasting partners including such as Astro, Telkomsel, Mola TV, MNC Vision, First Media, Singtel, and Starhub.
Denise heads the acquisition of English Content for Asia’s leading English entertainment channel, AXN and KC Global Media's first FAST Channel, KCM, as well as overseeing the channels’ linear and non-linear program schedules and new launches.
Denise has a rich background in the television industry, boasting over 16 years of experience across various English general entertainment Pay TV channels. Her career includes significant roles at AXN Beyond, BeTV, and Sony Channel, and AXN during her time with Sony Pictures Television.
At KC Global Media, Denise plays a vital role in curating content for AXN and KCM, collaborating with studios in Hollywood and around the globe. Her focus on channel branding and detailed ratings analysis allows her to understand user preferences and viewing behaviors, keeping the channels aligned with current trends. As a key member of the programming team, Denise has developed innovative strategies that drive viewership and optimise rating performance through effective content execution and scheduling.
Before joining KC Global Media, Denise gained a wealth of experience across diverse industries. At Infocomm Media Development Authority, she assisted with media funding for the Singapore Film Commission, and organised workshops, seminars, and forums for healthcare professionals and the public at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She also worked in the tourism sector, including a role at Singapore Airlines, where she managed reservations and conventions.
Jay serves as the key strategist and advisor for KC Global Media, focusing on Asian Content acquisition and programming. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she adeptly navigates its complexities, helping the company stay ahead in the dynamic media landscape. Previously, Jay spearheaded our operations within Korea, ensuring alignment with the corporate objectives while also taking responsibility for revenue growth.
Starting with early PayTV, she has managed all aspects of programming; from formulating strategies to acquiring diverse content, and securing multi-year deals. Her production and leadership skills are evident in the rebranding of Food TV.
Jay also played a pivotal role in launching and growing Korea Telecom's IPTV with strategic content acquisition and planning. Her expertise extends to the production of original movies and assessing potential film projects from both creative and financial standpoints.
Prior to joining KC Global Media, Jay managed the programming, production, distribution, and IP licensing for Sony Pictures Television Networks Korea, overseeing original animated series, Banzi's Secret Diary. She also fostered animation investments by collaborating with studios, channels, and platforms.
She was instrumental in launching anime OTT, Animaxplus, while structuring VOD deals and crafting service strategies.
Wayne oversees the production and creative direction for all KC Global Media channels, focusing on innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
With over 20 years of experience in television and advertising, he has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, delivering tailored branding solutions across both short and long-form formats. He has been instrumental in the success of multiple campaigns for prominent brands, including Tourism Malaysia, Taiwan Tourism, Great Eastern, GoDaddy, Axiata, Sony, among others.

Geraldine and team at Serious Media are responsible for all marketing services and deliverables for KC Global Media across the region. Their responsibilities encompass brand development, consumer marketing, digital strategies, as well as trade and affiliate marketing.
Geraldine brings over more than 18 years of marketing and client servicing experience from major magazines, creative agencies and TV networks. One of her most notable roles was at A+E Networks, where she spent eight years leading and executing multiple marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia, including the launches of Lifetime, MasterChef Asia, Pawn Stars Asia Tour, among others.
Prior to joining Serious Media, she took a leap of faith to pursue her dream of running her own retail business in Singapore, making it profitable within the first year.
At Serious Media, she has delivered consumer insight-driven solutions for brands like DBS Bank, Singapore Tourism Board, Pfizer, IKEA, Panasonic, The Learning Lab, THEFACESHOP, Nestle and more. Additionally, she is the key architect behind Serious Fluence, an award-winning, end-to-end marketing practice that has successfully executed hundreds of influencer marketing campaigns.
Michelle brings over 20 years of legal, management and business expertise to advise KC Global Media on all legal and strategic matters in the achievement of its organizational goals.
As the founder of Blue Space Legal, Michelle solves legal and business issues for clients across Asia Pacific, specializing in media, technology, and entertainment. Blue Space Legal’s clientele includes Fortune 50 companies, global MNCs, and publicly listed entities.
Previously, Michelle was a senior media executive and legal advisor at Turner Broadcasting System (now Warner Bros. Discovery) covering 15 Asia Pacific jurisdictions, where she led M&A and business development initiatives, participated on boards, advised on a broad range of legal matters, and managed high-performing legal teams. Before that, she held positions at esteemed law firms Allen & Overy and King & Wood Mallesons.
Michelle is an award-winning lawyer recognized for industry leadership and business growth enablement, with accolades including Best In-house Lawyer, Mentor of the Year and Legal Expertise, Enabling Business Growth and Transformation.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. She is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. She is also an accredited mediator in Hong Kong.
Joseph brings over 30 years of IT experience across various industries, including government, finance, hospitality, and media entertainment. He provides IT and business applications support and services to KC Global Media, focusing on optimizing all IT operations and ensuring compliance with network and system security standards. His accolades include project managing prestigious organizations like The Walt Disney Company, foreign banks, and universities.
A seasoned Project Manager, Joseph thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously, which includes designing and implementing secure network infrastructure for a 16-floor university campus in Bangladesh.
At Disney, Joseph has led multi-million-dollar initiatives, from deploying enterprise software across APAC to designing and building network infrastructure for regional offices. He also rolled out Office 365 and Surface Hub solutions across their Southeast Asia offices, implemented Microsoft Power BI and a US$5m Digital Asset Management system, while enhancing customer service with a CRM solution for Disney's sales team. He also secured Disney's intellectual property through system audits and content protection solutions, delivered a US$6m Broadcast Management and Resource Management Systems for APAC, and designed their network infrastructure and broadcast data centres for Disney offices in Singapore, India, and Japan.
